Post-mortem marks the end of the Chinese New Year '2010 event organized by Chinese Cultural Society, Inti College Subang Jaya. I think this is the last event I am in as a committee, as my A-Level external examination is about 2 months away from now.
I’m the Booth Manager in this event. All the committees started to have meetings since November ‘09, discussing the theme, performances, sponsors….
For me, I actually didn’t do anything during my holiday last year but start on my work when 3rd sem started. Called people for sponsor, walk on the street to search for sponsor, plan an event, assign people to help me up and so on.. It not so easy to get someone to sponsor you, to get them to contact you again. I learnt a lot from this event. It wont be that success if I did everything on my own. Thanks to everyone who helped me up, who supported me, who taught me the correct way to do things.
The day event and night event goes very well to me. But it still doesn’t satisfy the Organizing Chairperson, Ah Kuang, due to the details of the night event. lol..
Sad case is none of my friends come and support me during the night event, due to Utar-ian still on final exam, other friends not free. And my family members didn’t come too, due to the kids have to go for school the next day. =( I do really hope that all of them can come and see the biggest event I am joining. But then never mind la, it’s over~~ No point of complaining anymore.
Memories of this event will be in my mind as long as it can be. We did recording, 1st time in my life. We did MV, 1st time in my life. We had meetings after 6pm, everyone complaining it’s too late. We take our meals together sometimes, chit-chat around. All are happy memories and I will keep it with me. =)
